Companies who create logos that are too bright often have people that don’t want to look at their logo because it hurts the eyes. Your logo needs to be easy to look at by the use of soft colors. The best colors may be black and white, beige, tans, and more. Try to stay away from construction orange, reds, lime greens, and fluorescent colors.
2. Too busy of a logo. It is common for companies to design logos that are far too busy. The company may sell artificial Christmas trees and the logo will contain not only prelit Christmas trees but a variety of other holiday symbols and pictures also. Busy logos confuse people when they look at them. They cause problems because people often have a difficult time reading even the company name. A company needs to be simple without too many busy things going on.

You must design something that is nothing like the rest.
4. The logo not making a connection. Many companies design a really neat and cool logo that is very creative and innovative. The problem occurs when the logo has absolutely nothing to do with their business. You can have the coolest logo on the Internet but it has to make sense for your business.
